Building Use Policy

We at Central Presbyterian Church are blessed with a wonderful and well-maintained building and we have established the following process to accommodate groups and organizations who are interested in requesting use of the building.

  1. Please check with Elaine Richards in the church office at (972) 937-2924 or cpcwax@gmail.com to review the church calendar for availability. 

  2. Elaine will notify the chair of the Buildings & Grounds team who will review the request to ensure space requirements.

  3. The chair of the Worship team will review the request for any potential questions, conflicts or concerns.

  4. The Buildings & Grounds chair will submit request to the CPC Session for approval.

  5. Notification of the session approval will be given to Elaine Richards, who will reserve the date on the calendar (if approved) and notify the requesting party.
Thanks for your patience with our process! We are blessed to be able to share our space and building with the community, but also want to ensure that we are being good stewards of God's gift to us!
